Public Seller Application

Anata Amazon Client Dashboard Platform

Anata is building a public seller application for Amazon brands and sellers managed by our team. The application provides account-level and ASIN-level analytics for sales, inventory, profitability, pricing, and operational monitoring. Phase 1 does not require buyer messaging or order-fulfillment PII workflows.

App Type Public Seller App
Access Model Seller OAuth
Primary Use Analytics Dashboard

Who Uses It

Amazon sellers and brands that work with Anata authorize their Seller Central account so our team can monitor business performance and account health in one dashboard.

What It Shows

Sales trends, inventory position, fees and finance summaries, profitability context, listing health signals, and ASIN drill-down reporting.

What It Does Not Do In Phase 1

No customer messaging, no shipping-label generation, no warehouse routing, and no restricted PII-dependent fulfillment workflows.

Seller Workflow

  1. The seller is invited by Anata to connect their Amazon account.
  2. The seller completes Amazon OAuth authorization for the Anata dashboard application through the connect flow.
  3. The dashboard syncs approved marketplace, catalog, inventory, pricing, sales, and finance data.
  4. Anata team members use the dashboard to review account performance, identify risks, and support the client.

Requested Phase-1 Scope

  • Product Listing
  • Pricing
  • Inventory and Order Tracking
  • Amazon Fulfillment
  • Finance and Accounting

These roles support the dashboard experience without introducing restricted direct-to-consumer shipping workflows in the first approval pass.

Product Experience

The internal dashboard prototype already demonstrates the intended module map: overview, sales, profitability, inventory, buy box readiness, alerts, and ASIN-level drill-down. View the current prototype at dashboard prototype.

Data Handling Position

For phase 1, the dashboard is positioned as an analytics and operations platform. We are intentionally avoiding restricted buyer communication and direct-to-consumer shipping use cases in the initial review because they are not necessary for the MVP being submitted.

Reviewer Notes

This page exists to make the application intent unambiguous: Anata is applying as a public developer for a public seller application. The current product story is a seller-authorized reporting and account intelligence dashboard.
